The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HLTA to support a Year 3 class in a well-established Southwark primary school. You will work alongside the class teacher, deliver planned lessons across the curriculum, and lead small groups and interventions to help raise attainment. You may also cover lessons during PPA time. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a class, have strong subject knowledge in KS2, and be passionate about making a difference in children’s learning.
