The Role

The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils throughout the school day. The Teaching Assistant will assist with classroom activities, work with small groups of pupils, and occasionally provide on-to-one support for children who may need extra help with their learning.

This Teaching Assistant position involves helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment where pupils feel supported and confident to take part in lessons. The Teaching Assistant may also support pupils with additional learning needs and help them stay focused during activities.
