A full-time opportunity has become available for an energetic and resilient Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in Waltham Forest. This long-term role is available for an immediate start and offers a competitive daily rate of £90 to £115, depending on experience.

As a Sports Coach / Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. You will deliver engaging sports sessions to promote teamwork, confidence, and physical wellbeing, while also providing behavioural and emotional support to pupils who may display challenging behaviour.
You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to support pupils with SEN, including those with SEMH, ASD, or ADHD. The role involves providing 1:1 and small group support, implementing behaviour strategies, and helping pupils to regulate their emotions and remain engaged in learning.
Strong behaviour management skills, resilience, and the ability to build positive relationships are essential for this role.
