The Role

I am working with this mainstream secondary school in Redbridge who are looking to appoint a school librarian to start with them as soon as possible. The successful School librarian will be required to promote a love of reading amongst students whilst ensuring the library book borrowing system is led and managed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be flexible in their job role while being able to support students on a 1:1 basis from time to time.

With an aim to maximize achievement through personalized learning the school are keen to support them through a learning environment build around challenging students to overcome obstacles and difficulty in learning topics, support to further progress and also to inspire each student to reach their goals.
