The Role

Qualiteach are seeking an enthusiastic Reception Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community. The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering high-quality phonics and supporting early reading and writing. You will work closely with the class teacher to create a nurturing, stimulating environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and confidence. A genuine passion for early childhood development is essential, alongside a warm, patient, and proactive approach. You will support learning through play, small-group interventions, and individual support, helping every child reach their potential. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to safeguarding are required.
