I am working with a secondary school based in Redbridge who are keen to appoint a media teacher to start September on a full time basis teaching their GCSE and A-level classes media studies and some film studies. The ideal media teacher will be ideally experienced in supporting A-level classes where they will be supported by the subject lead and also senior leadership to support student development and enhanced academic achievement. The school are looking for a QTS trained teacher with a matching PGCE, with a similar degree to support subject knowledge.
This good secondary school based in the London borough of barking and Dagenham cater to a range of age groups with a sixth form provision in place, on average class sizes are around 30 pupils per class as a result of a total enrolment of over 1300 pupils. With a wide range of facilities in place, students have the commitment of teaching & learning to ensure that each child has the necessary support, challenge and guidance to reach their full potential to maximize outcome and sustain growth for their future career/study aspirations.
