The Role

A welcoming and highly regarded primary school in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable LSA to join their team from 2nd November. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LSA or Teaching Assistant looking to work within a supportive primary school environment.The successful candidate will support pupils aged 3–11 across the school, helping them access the curriculum, engage with classroom activities and develop their confidence and independence. You will work closely with class teachers and other members of staff to create a positive learning environment where pupils feel encouraged, supported and motivated to succeed.The role will involve providing classroom support, assisting with lesson activities, helping pupils stay focused and contributing to their academic, social and emotional development. You should be proactive, patient and adaptable, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.Previous experience in a primary school is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about supporting children’s development, demonstrate a positive attitude and be committed to helping every pupil achieve their potential.
