The Role

An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in Lambeth is looking to appoint a dedicated HLTA to join their team full-time from September 2025. You will be working across the school, supporting teachers with planning and delivering lessons, covering classes when required, and delivering targeted interventions in small groups or 1:1.The ideal candidate will be confident managing a class, experienced with supporting pupils with additional needs, and able to build strong relationships with both staff and children. Flexibility and initiative are key, along with a calm, professional manner.
