The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner (Level 3), you will work closely with a group of 2–3-year-olds, supporting their learning and development within a nurturing nursery environment. You will help deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities, encourage children’s personal, social, and emotional growth, carry out observations, and contribute to maintaining a safe and stimulating learning space. The ideal candidate will be caring, proactive, confident, and knowledgeable about early childhood development and the EYFS curriculum.
