As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working closely and supporting pupils in KS1 and KS2 who present challenging behaviour. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing and proactive, implementing strategies that support pupils in developing constructive behaviour patterns and improved social skills. Ideally, you will have prior experience working with children who display challenging behaviour.
Based in the borough of Hackney, this friendly and inclusive primary school is approximately an 8 minute walk from the nearest train station. The school is mixed gender, catering for pupils aged 3–11 years old.
