The Role

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a child with ADHD and Autism on a full time basis. Your role will involve providing individualised support, helping the child to access learning, manage emotions, and develop social and communication skills. You’ll work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider school team to implement personalised strategies and ensure consistent progress and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be patient, understanding, and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
