1:1 TA – Primary School – Tower Hamlets – ASAP Start – Full Time – Long Term – £90–£110 Per Day (dependant on experience)

1:1 TA required in Tower Hamlets

1:1 TA required to start immediately

1:1 TA needed to support a Year 5 pupil with ASD

Must have previous SEN experience essential

The Role

As a 1:1 TA, you will be responsible for supporting a KS2 pupil with ASD on a 1:1 basis. You will provide individualised support to help the pupil engage with lessons, build confidence and develop essential life skills. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will implement individual support strategies, promote positive behaviour and encourage independence and social development. Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary environment is essential.

The school offers a supportive learning environment where every child is encouraged to succeed. With a dedicated SEN and leadership team, the school provides effective support for pupils with SEN, including ASD and ADHD. Staff work collaboratively to ensure every pupil receives the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive academically, socially and emotionally. The school has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted.
