The Role

We are seeking a caring and experienced 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a well-regarded primary school in Southwark from September 2025. In this role, you will work closely with a pupil in either KS1 or KS2 who has additional learning needs, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum, regulate their emotions, and develop confidence. You will implement strategies from the child’s EHCP and liaise regularly with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents to monitor progress.
