The Role

A welcoming primary school in Lambeth is seeking a committed and supportive Year 5 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.You will be based within a Year 5 classroom, supporting a small group of pupils with special educational needs. The successful Year 5 Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to help pupils engage with lessons, access the curriculum and develop their confidence and independence.The role will involve a mixture of small-group and individual support, adapting activities where necessary and providing encouragement throughout the school day.
