The Role

A friendly primary school in Camden is looking for a dedicated Learning Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis.

As a Learning Mentor, you’ll work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other staff to support pupils who need a little extra help throughout the school day. You’ll work one-to-one and with small groups, helping children build confidence, improve their behaviour, develop social skills, and stay engaged in their learning.

You’ll support pupils with a range of needs, encourage positive attitudes towards school, and help create a safe and supportive environment where every child can thrive. The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary-aged children, be confident building positive relationships, and be passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
