Seeking a resilient and proactive Pastoral Behaviour Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16 within a specialist setting. You will work closely with pastoral leaders, teaching staff and safeguarding teams to support behaviour, attendance and pupil wellbeing across the school. The role involves delivering targeted interventions, supporting pupils during periods of dysregulation, implementing behaviour support plans and helping pupils successfully access learning. You will also liaise with families and staff to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour management and emotional support.
This specialist provision is located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station.
