Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs?
Do you have experience working within an ARP or supporting pupils with SEN such as ASD and ADHD?
Are you confident providing both 1:1 and small group support?

As an ARP Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions and ensure pupils can access learning effectively. The role may involve supporting behaviour, assisting with personal care, and using communication strategies such as PECS or visual aids. You will play a key role in creating a structured and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and experienced in working with SEN pupils.
