The Role

Seeking a patient and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a pupil aged 7–19 with special educational needs including moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated communication needs. You will provide consistent individual support throughout the school day, helping the pupil access the curriculum, follow structured routines and achieve EHCP targets. The role involves supporting communication development, promoting emotional regulation, assisting with classroom engagement and contributing to a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.

The school supports pupils aged 7–19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism and associated complex needs through personalised learning and strong therapeutic support.
