The Role

 

I am currently working with this mainstream secondary school who are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to start in September. The successful cover supervisor will act as a role model to students and set high expectations of conduct and behaviour. The school are looking for someone who is able to give instructions for the lesson as provided by a class teacher/head of department; where their primary focus will be to maintain good behaviour and to keep pupils on task. Ideally, you will have had experience providing general feedback and support to students across key stages 3, 4 and 5.

This mainstream secondary school based in Redbridge cater to students aged 11 to 18 supporting a total of 1387 of the local area. With their most recent Ofsted rating being Good back in January 2019, it is mentioned that the school have a strong core of traditional subjects, from Year 7 up to A-level.
